Position Requirements:
- Qualifications: N6 Hospitality & Catering qualification or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a kitchen environment
- Skills: Computer literacy
- Licenses: Valid driver’s license
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare training kitchens for practical sessions
- Manage and control kitchen equipment and stock
- Maintain good housekeeping practices in the kitchen
- Assist in cleaning the kitchen and handling general administrative tasks
- Oversee purchasing and stock management for practical sessions/classes
- Support lecturers during practical sessions
- Manage and control budgets
Recommendations:
- Qualification in hospitality services, catering, or food services management
- Experience working with students
- Multilingualism is advantageous
