The Office of the Ombud Financial Services Providers seeks to appoint graduate trainees as part of their 18-month Case Management and Adjudication graduate recruitment program.
The successful candidate will be working in a target-driven environment on complaints received by the public against financial service providers and helping come to resolutions in a procedurally fair, informal, economic, and expeditious manner.
Ideal candidates are required to have the following skills and abilities:
- LLB degree
- Practical Legal Training will be an advantage
- Passion for public service
- Interest in financial services
- Strong academic background
- Good drafting and interpersonal skills
- Ability to function in a stressful environment
- Willing to work extra hours
- Ability to extract real issues from a complaint
- Computer literate
- Energetic and self-driven
- Results / Out / Deadline driven
