  • The Z83 is the Application for Employment form assists government departments in choosing the right person for the position.
  • Download the Z83 from SA Gov Jobs or other Government departments and carefully complete the form. 
  • Indicate the Job reference number as shown on a Job post. Login to see the reference number for each posted job.

Compile your supporting documents

  • Create a comprehensive CV.
  • Certified copies of your qualifications, training, competencies, knowledge and experience
  • A certified copy of your ID.

Step 3 - Submission

Submit To Department

Submit hard copies (printed) of your application documents buy courier, post, or hand delivery to the department with the  advertised vacancy.

Documents to Submit:

  • A Completed Z83 form
  • Your CV
  • Qualifications, training, competencies, knowledge and experience
  • A certified copy of your ID

– Register with SA Gov Jobs to get complete job details.

– Indicate the vacancy reference number on your application.
