Job Description

REQUIREMENTS: Senior Certificate (Grade 12 or equivalent qualification); A valid code B (or higher) driving license. Competencies: A good understanding of the following: Government Motor Transport administration; Professional approach towards service delivery; Skills needed: Verbal and written communication; Good writing; Customer care; Proven computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Planning and organising; Problem solving and analytical; Ability to work in a team and independently; Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. DUTIES: Render the following client services: Support function; Provisioning; Administration and record keeping in terms of Client Service Level Agreements; Relationship support services; Service delivery monitoring; Financial control (Sectional Buyer) assistance.
