Job Description

REQUIREMENTS : Minimum educational qualification: Senior Certificate (or equivalent). Experience: Appropriate experience in office administration, financial and procurement administration. Appropriate clerical experience. Inherent requirements of the job: Valid (code B/EB) driver’s license. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Computer Literacy, with experience in using MS Work, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. DUTIES : General office administration e.g. typing of reports, general correspondence etc. Faxing and photocopying of documents. Stock Control. Reception duties. Handling of telephonic enquiries. Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and keeping of minutes.
