Minimum Requirements: Standard 10 or equivalent. Five years experience in a Fleet environment at a supervisory position. 2 years experience with supervision of staff Ability to communicate at all levels verbal (face to face), verbal (telephonic) and written (electronic and hand written). Operational computer literacy in Ms Office is essential, with the emphasis on Ms Word, Excel, Outlook and Access. Track record of highly efficient office administration practices Working knowledge of the Maximo and SAP system will be an advantage. Advanced MS Excel, Access and Word Primary Duties: Ensure that all Administrative duties are carried out according to Transport Process relating to employees salary. Ensure completion of time sheets. Ensure staff engage in the work expected and relieve each other as and when required. Ensure a complete filing system is maintained by all staff for their respective work. Ensure that all data capturing is done by all staff for their respective work. Liaise with Internal customers Petty Cash according to Rand Waters Policy. Variance Reporting Download, investigate and explain or resolve monthly. Compile Supplementary Budget purchases issue network numbers and process purchase requisition Knowledge: Ms Office. Maximo. SAP Skills: Good communication skills (both written & spoken). Good administrative skills. Good public relations skills Attitude: Customer service orientation & service excellence. Attention to quality and detail. Deadline orientated. Good housekeeping.
