Job Description

REQUIREMENTS: National Senior Certificate, National Diploma (Level 6) in Property Management with 3 years’ experience post qualification in the management of acquisitions and disposals. Valid Drivers’ License Computer literate. DUTIES: To coordinate the property portfolio of all Health Facilities and accommodation requirements of the Department. Property acquisition and disposals. Interact and communicate with Users, Public Works, Local Government, and other roleplayers regarding acquisitions and disposals. Coordinate the integrity of the data on the Immovable Asset Register. Coordinate the utilisation of properties.
