DUTIES: Monitor the MMC and condom budget and ensure timeous procurement of required resources according to the Conditional Grant stipulations. Ensure verification of all MMC procedures done by both internal and external stakeholders. Ensure full involvement in the recruitment of MMC initiates by offering constant support to Sub-Districts. Assist the Sub-Districts in coordinating successful MMC camps. Conduct internal quality and infection prevention and control audits. Ensure availability of all resources required for the MMC programme. Liaise with all stakeholders involved in the MMC programme. Conduct District MMC meetings and support Sub-District MMC/HAST and nerve centre meetings. Flag poor MMC performance at all available platforms including external stakeholder platforms. Ensure prompt and equitable distribution of MMC kits and condoms. Supervise, mentor and coach the District LMIS Officer Develop and implement HTS within the District Health Plan for comprehensive services in accordance with the Provincial HIV and AIDS plans. Monitor the HTS, index testing and condom distribution targets for the District and ensure formulation of QIPs to improve and sustain performance. Identify MMC training needs for all Doctors, MMC teams, MMC Traditional Co-ordinators and Outreach Teams and co-ordinate training of all listed cadres. Facilitate training and workplace mentoring and support for HTS within the District. Develop and implement a referral system that ensures that following counselling and testing, clients are initiated on ART and retained in care. Ensure timeous compilation and submission of monthly, quarterly and annual reports to direct Supervisor and Provincial Office.
