Job Description

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS ? Strategic Operational Planning ? Stakeholders Relationship Management ? Student Governance and Compliance ? Student Services Management ? Budget Management ? Staff Management MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS ? A Master’s degree ? Possession of a PHD would be an advantage. ? Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in the Higher Education Sector with at least 5 years’ experience in a senior management position within student services. SKILLSAND COMPETENCIES ? Counselling background ? Critical and analytical thinking skills ? Administration, planning, management and budgeting ? Presentation and report writing ? Computer literacy ? Conflict Management ?
