Job Description

Minimum Requirements Qualification(s): • B Degree / B Tech / National Higher Diploma in Behavioural Science, Social Science, Technical. Experience: • 5 Years’ related experience. Skills and Competencies • Behavioural – Integrity – Honesty – Trustworthiness – Professionalism • Leadership – Team player – Motivating Teams – Coaching – Mentoring – Developing • Knowledge – Knowledge of relevant HR legislation – Project Management – Business knowledge – Research techniques – Trend analysis – Relevant Eskom policies and procedures – SAQA and NFQ requirements – Evaluation of training and Structured learning experiences – On-the job training experiences • Skill – Analysis – Research techniques – Communication skills – Analytical skills – Learning needs definition – Competency Analysis – Designing solutions – Strategic thinking – Developing and integrating concepts – Management. Key Responsibilities • Manage the implementation of learning practices, polices, strategies, related initiatives and processes relating to learning within the Division / Area as per requirements received from HR Business Partners • Provide strategic support and operational services, including business risk assessments relating to learning within the Division / Area as per requirements received from HR Business Partners • Manage the resource (budget and staff) – relating to learning within the Division / Area (Eskom) • Assure that projects are implemented as defined per policy and processes relating to learning within Division / Area (Eskom)
