Job Description

REQUIREMENTS: Relevant Degree in Business Administration or equivalent coupled with at least a minimum of 8 years? experience in Business Operations environment of which 3 years should be at Management level ? A postgraduate qualification in Business Administration or Management studies will be an added advantage. ESSENTIAL CRITERIA: – Excellent research and analytical skills? Accountability and ethical conduct. KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: Operations streamlining and improving business processes ? Spearheading long-term business planning, and analysing the effectiveness of existing business processes ? Provide strategic advice and recommendations to leadership in the development, implementation and evaluation of new or modified operating policies, practices and procedures within the specified functional focus area ? Fulfils all of these responsibilities in order to facilitate and sustain the organisation?s growth ? Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business processes and systems according to organisational objectives and apply improvements ? Oversee stakeholder and clients support processes and organise them to enhance customer satisfaction ? Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation ? Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analysing and interpreting data and metrics ? Implement efficient processes and standards ? Coordinate customer service operations and find ways to ensure customer retention ? Formulate and implement departmental and organisational policies and procedures to maximize output ? Analysing the development process as a whole with the aim of identifying problem areas that may affect final results, finding valid solutions for the identified problems areas and implementing them in a timely manner. Development and implementation of the Authority Strategies – ? Take leadership role in development of the strategy and Annual Performance Plans ? Evaluates the operational effectiveness of the entire organisation and suggest strategies to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the project and Performance Plans by identifying bottlenecks in completing activities and developing plans to minimize or eliminate such bottlenecks ? Provide inputs, information and statistics for quarterly, annual and other performance related reports to Management ? Participate in annual project reviews and planning workshops and assist the PSiRA programme owners in preparing relevant performance reports ? Provide ongoing capacity building to staff members on M&E and data management principles and processes ? Analyse performance information and other performance indicators. Registration – ? Develop and monitor implementation of the CRM strategy and policy which guides the sourcing of the most suitable CRM system and processes in the PSiRA ? Oversee implementation of the customer retention strategy to ensure that PSiRA retains existing customer base and attracts new customers ?
