- Managing the senior manager’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handling correspondence, phone calls, and emails
- Ensuring confidentiality of sensitive documents and discussions
Meeting Coordination
- Preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
- Booking venues and organizing logistics for departmental meetings
Financial & Budget Administration
- Assisting with the manager’s budget administration
- Managing procurement and payment processes within the department
Records & Information Management
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Ensuring compliance with government regulations and policies
Research & Analysis
- Conducting research to assist management in decision-making
- Analyzing documents and departmental prescripts to improve workflow
Skills and Competencies
