  • Data Management: Ensuring that all patient data is accurate, reliable, and well-maintained within the system.
  • Reception Area Management: Managing and controlling the reception areas, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication with patients.
  • Transport Coordination: Organising transport for patients via Healthnet when necessary.
  • Customer Service: Providing clear, effective communication to patients regarding their inquiries, complaints, and compliments.
  • Relief Support: Assisting your supervisor with relief duties as required.

Requirements for the Administration Internship
