Job Details:
- Location: Johannesburg, Head Office
- Salary: R1,488,671.00 per annum (Total Cost to Company)
- Duration: Fixed-term contract until 31 March 2030
Purpose of the Job:
The Regional Managers will oversee the operational and strategic implementation of ETDP SETA’s objectives, ensure compliance with processes and policies, manage budgets, and maintain relationships with stakeholders. Each manager will oversee 3-4 provinces.
Minimum Requirements:
- Qualifications:
- Postgraduate Degree (NQF Level 8) in Education, Training and Development, Business Administration/Management, Public Administration, or Strategic Management.
- Master’s Degree (NQF Level 9) and a Project Management certificate are advantageous.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in Education, Training, and Development (ETD) or skills development environments, with 3 years in senior management.
- Knowledge of skills development legislation, project management, and SETA systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor strategic plans and projects.
- Ensure compliance with skills development regulations.
- Guide provincial offices and maintain regular stakeholder engagement.
- Manage budgets and performance agreements effectively.

Job Description:

- Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualifications relevant to governance, risk management, or business administration.
- Strong understanding of compliance, performance management, and corporate policies.
- Experience:
- Proven record in governance, risk, and compliance roles.
- Expertise in crafting organizational strategies and implementing governance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement governance and risk management frameworks.
- Monitor adherence to policies and mitigate risks effectively.
- Report directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

Purpose of the Job:
The BID Administrator will manage the secretarial, administrative, and logistical processes related to tenders and supply chain management.
Minimum Requirements:
- Qualifications:
- National Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Public Administration, or Business Management.
- Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in supply chain administration, secretarial duties, and bid management.
- Expertise in record-keeping, report writing, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to Bid Committees.
- Manage procurement plan timelines and liaise with stakeholders.
- Maintain records and ensure compliance with supply chain policies.
