      • At least 5 years of experience at a senior management level.

      • Proven ability to lead complex processes and implement strategic frameworks for employee wellness, transformation, and gender diversity.
    • Key Duties:
      • Lead all labour relations processes, including grievances, misconduct, and disputes.
      • Represent the department in national bargaining structures and dispute resolution forums.
      • Develop strategic frameworks for employee health and wellness.

    2. Office Manager

      • An undergraduate qualification in Administration, Management, or a related field (NQF Level 6).
      • Three (3) years of experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
      • Strong skills in project management, office administration, and client-focused services.

      • Manage the DDG’s office operations, including diary management and coordination of engagements.
      • Draft reports and presentations related to the office’s activities.
      • Implement governance frameworks and document management systems.

      • Provide administrative support to the DDG’s office, including managing the diary and correspondence.
      • Oversee office processes such as filing, event management, and travel arrangements.
      • Assist in implementing digital transformation initiatives for improved office efficiency.
