Administration Clerk Vacancies Overview

Requirements:
- Education: Grade 12 required.
- Experience: Prior experience in a parole profile environment is advantageous.
- Skills: Proficiency in computer applications; strong communication; client orientation; problem-solving; decision-making; integrity; confidentiality; and interpersonal relations.
Duties:
- Manage and file lifer profiles securely.
- Handle lifer profiles between NCCS Secretariat, Directorate: Pre-Release Resettlement, and the Ministry.
- Prepare and manage NCCS and Correctional Supervision and Parole Review Board meetings.
- Draft recommendations for NCCS.
- Address inquiries and manage applications related to parole and revocation.
