Talent Sourcing Officer Job Purpose
The role involves administering recruitment and selection processes and providing consultancy services to client departments. The successful candidates will facilitate the entire recruitment process, from drafting vacancy advertisements to finalizing interview processes. They will be responsible for ensuring the selection process runs smoothly and efficiently, addressing and resolving any delays that may occur.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: A 3-year National Diploma (or higher qualification) in Human Resource Management or a B-Degree (or higher qualification) in Industrial Psychology.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a Recruitment and Selection environment.
- Additional Requirements: A valid code B driving license and willingness to work longer hours and travel when necessary.
