  • Competencies: Knowledge of the following: Clerical duties, practices as well as the ability to capture data, operate computer and collecting statistics;
  • Understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service;
  • Working procedures in terms of the working environment.
  • Skills needed: Planning and Organising;
  • Writing and Reporting;
  • Working with People;
  • Adhering to Principles and Values;
  • Relating and Networking;
  • Problem Solving and Decision Making;
  • Project Management;
  • Accounting / Finance / Audit;
  • Communication (written and verbal);
  • Budgeting and Financial Management.

Duties

  • Provide personnel administration clerical support services within the component;
  • Render general clerical support services;
  • Provide supply chain clerical support services within the component;
  • Provide financial administration support services in the component.
