Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with mathematics and/or Accounting as a passed subject and/or Senior certificate (or equivalent) with experience/competencies that focus on the key performance areas of the post.
- Experience: Appropriate experience of Asset Management and Warehousing within the public or private environment.
- Working experience in Procurement (Electronic Procurement System).
- Inherent requirement of the job: Willingness to rotate within Supply Chain environment.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Competencies (knowledge/skills): Computer literacy (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook (e-mail).
- Knowledge of the AOS, PFMA, Finance Instructions, Provincial Treasury Instructions and National Treasury Regulations.
- Knowledge and experience of LOGIS (Logistical Information System).

duties related to Electronic Procurement System processes and compliance.
Prepare bidding templates and relevant documentation to present at Quotation
Evaluation Committee. Perform various tasks related to procurement processes and compliance. Effective maintenance of assets and systems of
the asset register. Regular follow-up on outstanding orders. Perform and assist with Interim and Annual Financial statement reporting and financial year end
tasks. Ensure compliance to all relevant laws and prescripts related to the
Supply Chain Asset and Warehouse Management duties.
