- Minimum educational qualification: Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
- Experience: Appropriate experience.
- Inherent requirements of the job: Valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to travel throughout the Province.
- Competencies (knowledge/skills): Knowledge and understanding of public health, project management, health promotion and cross-sectoral partnership.
- Good interpersonal and research skills.
- Computer literacy (MS suite, and digital platforms).
- Administrative skills.
- Ability to prioritise and organise work, exercise self-discipline and function under pressure, to work independently and in a team.
- Creativity, self-motivation, assertiveness and ability to innovate and take initiative.
Duties
- General Office Administration across Life Course Priority Areas.
- Provide logistical coordination and event management support for provincial, district, and intersectoral campaigns across the life-course portfolios.
- Support the financial and supply chain management (SCM) processes of the unit to ensure the timely acquisition of resources and compliance with financial guidelines.
- Record Keeping, Database Maintenance, and Monitoring and evaluation Support.
