- Participate in Sub-structure health information co-ordinating activities.
- Supervision and staff performance management.
- Information management support to all health facilities within sub-structure.

REQUIREMENTS : Minimum educational qualification: Senior Certificate (or equivalent). Experience: Appropriate experience in Information Management. Inherent
requirements of the job: Valid (Code B/EB) drivers’ licence. Competencies
(knowledge/skills): Good communication skills (written and verbal) in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Good working
knowledge and experience in Health Information System (SINJANI; PHCIS;
IDEAL CLINIC MONITORING SYSTEM & DHIS). Advanced computer literacy in MS Windows (Word and Excel, Power Point & Outlook). Logical thinker, with
an eye for detail and ability to produce accurate and reliable outputs within a pressured and deadline driven environment.
