Duties

  • Develop and implement Departmental performance monitoring and reporting processes;
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of performance indicators and monitoring frameworks;
  • Monitor the implementation of the service delivery improvement plans (SDIPs);
  • Facilitate the Department’s MPAT process;
  • Provide support and guidance in the management of Provincial Project Management and Information systems (BizSuite: BizProjects, BizPerformance, BizBrain).
