Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: Appropriate three-year National Diploma or Degree.
- Experience: Appropriate Supervisory experience.
- Appropriate experience in Administration, Finance, Supply Chain and Contract Management.
- Appropriate experience in LOGIS and EPS (Electronic Procurement System).
- Inherent requirement of the job: Will be required to wear a uniform.
- Valid (Code B/EB) driver's license (manual transmission).
- Must be able to perform overtime duties.
- Competencies (knowledge/skills): Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge in asset management, human resource management and labour relations.
- Above average Computer and Software literacy.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Ability to communicate clearly and discreetly in person and in writing.
- Knowledge of BAS, CSD, SEB and ECM (Electronic Content Management).
Duties
- An effective People Management (Support).
- Effective Finance Management in support of the OFPI.
- Effective supervision of the SCM, Stores and Assets in support of the OFPI.
- Effective and efficient Contract Management.
- Liaison between Service provider, Staff, Contract Manager, Facility Manager and Section Heads.

SALARY : R413 001 per annum
