Minimum Requirements:
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Matric with a Human Resources Management qualification or equivalent is essential.
- An honours degree or successful completion of Rand Water’s senior internal management development programs is advantageous.
- 3-5 years of relevant Human Resources and/or Employment Equity experience is required.
- Experience in women development and gender mainstreaming is preferred.
- Knowledge of disability equity management is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Excel is required.

Primary Duties:
As the Employment Equity Coordinator at Rand Water, you will:
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure that the organization complies with Employment Equity, Diversity, and transformation legislation.
- Promote Inclusivity: Promote and maintain a non-racial and non-sexist culture within the organization.
- Statutory Reporting: Submit statutory reports to the Department of Labour.
- Monitor Equity Targets: Monitor corporate and site-specific Employment Equity targets to achieve numerical goals.
- Oversee Disability Equity: Oversee the Disability Equity Implementation Plan and the Corporate Disability Forum.
- Track Appointments: Track the appointment of females and other designated groups in line with organizational KPIs.
