Minimum Requirements:
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent degree.
- Professional registration with the South African Council for Social Service Professions (SACSSP) as a Social Worker.
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in social work post-registration.
- Valid driving license (Code B or higher).

Key Performance Areas:
- Develop and manage social work policies.
- Oversee the Uniform Funding Cycle (UFC) and Non-Profit Organization (NPO) funding processes.
- Monitor family services and compliance with the White Paper on Families.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and administrative functions.
- Suspend UFC funding if required and ensure NPO compliance with Transfer Payment Agreements (TPA) and relevant legislation.
- Address complaints or concerns about NPOs or programs promptly.
- Register and accredit facilities, NPOs, and other relevant entities in line with legislation.
