    Learner’s License Project: A Journey to Empowerment

    The Learner’s License Project was born in an innovative collaboration involving Diageo South Africa, the Gauteng Department of Roads and Transport, and the Gauteng Department of Economic Development. At its core, this initiative is more than just a means to obtain a driver’s license; it’s a way to empower Gauteng’s youth and create safer roads while promoting responsible drinking.


    Eligibility Criteria: Who Can Join the Ride?

    • South African citizens: This project is designed to uplift the people of Gauteng, and it’s open to those who call this vibrant province home.
    • Gauteng Residents in the TISH sector: The project is specifically tailored for those residing in the TISH sector, ensuring it directly benefits those who need it most.
    • Age 18-35: Young adults, this is your chance to take the wheel and drive your future forward.
    • Ready to excel using K53: The K53 method is the gold standard for road safety and driving skills in South Africa. Participants should be ready to embrace it.
    • APP’s language material: The project encourages the use of modern tools, including educational apps, to aid in the learning process.

    Terms and Conditions: Buckle Up for Success

    • Don’t miss out: Opportunities like this don’t come every day. Grab it with both hands, and let’s drive responsibly and empower ourselves.
