Requirements
- An appropriate 3-year National Diploma/B-Degree (equivalent or higher qualification), A minimum of 1-year relevant experience.
- A valid Code B (or higher) driving licence.
- Competencies: Ability to capture and analyses data;
- Excellent people skills;
- Writing and Reporting;
- Planning and Organising;
- Following Instructions and Procedures in terms of the working environment.
- Financial management in line with all financial prescripts; presentation skills; communication skills; knowledge, understanding and technical experience in technology and computer skills.
Duties
- Render administrative support to the cultural facilities;
- Oversee the maintenance and upgrades at cultural facilities;
- Provide financial management support to the cultural facilities;
- Perform supervisory functions.
