Duties
- Assist with the transportation and storage of question papers.
- Transporting question papers from print room to Head Office.
- Cleaning of strong room from all old question papers.
- Make boxes with staple gun.
- Assist with packing question papers in boxes.
- Strap boxes.
- Make photocopies of question papers.
- Load, offload and store question papers at Head Office.
- Assist with the packaging and distribution of question papers, stationery and marksheets.
- Assist with counting stock during stocktaking.
- Sort question papers and marksheets in subject and centre order.
- Pack question papers and marksheets in centre order.
- Make boxes with staple gun.
- Strap boxes.
- Prepare boxes for despatch.
- Pack question papers and marksheets in boxes.

- Assist with the distribution of circulars.

- Assist with preparation of work area for receiving and storing scripts.
- Assist with receiving manifested consignments of mark sheets and scripts from couriers or individuals.
- Open consignments of scripts.
- Separate, file and distribute accompanying documents including seating plans, medical certificates and correspondence.
- Sort mark sheets and scripts in various subjects.
- Pack scripts in boxes.
- Batch identified subjects for pre-marking.
- Assist with processing loose mark sheets.
- Assist with processing specialised subjects including CAT and IT.
- Assist with processing external subjects including IEB.
