Requirements

  • A Senior Certificate / National Certificate (Vocational) NQF Level 4; plus, A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience, plus A valid drivers licence (minimum code B).
  • Knowledge, Skills and Competencies Required: Job Knowledge.
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Practices and legislative frameworks governing the Public Service.
  • Knowledge of Treasury Regulations.
  • Knowledge of Public Finance Management Act.
  • Knowledge of Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment.
  • Good interpersonal relations.
  • Computer skills.
  • Planning and organisation skills.
  • Language skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ideal candidate should be innovative, flexible, independent, timeframe driven, meticulous, believe in confidentiality, be proactive, honest, reliable, patient, committed, professional, have perseverance, have integrity and be punctual.
  • He/she should also be teamwork orientated.

Duties

  • Supervise and render asset management clerical services.
  • Supervise and render demand and acquisition clerical services.
  • Supervise and undertake logistical support services.
  • Supervise Human Resource/staff.
