Requirements
- ABET; plus, A valid driver’s licence (Minimum code B).
- Knowledge, Skills and Competencies Required: Knowledge of clerical duties, switchboard duties, registry duties, practices as well as the ability to capture data, operate computer and collecting statistics, Knowledge and understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service, Knowledge of working, storage and retrieval procedures in terms of the working environment, Understanding of work in registry, Ability to interpret legislation / policies, Computer skills, Interpersonal skills, Ability to work in a team, Ability to learn and apply, Planning and organisational skills, Analytical and innovative thinking skills, Problem solving skills, Verbal and written communication skills, The ideal candidate should be responsible, punctual, honest, accurate, reliable, loyal, innovative, be neat and tidy, adhere to Batho Pele principles and comply with code of conduct.
