Requirements
- A Senior Certificate / National Certificate (Vocational) NQF Level 4.
- Knowledge, Skills and Competencies Required: Ability to capture data.
- Knowledge of collecting statistics.
- Understanding of customer care basis.
- Knowledge and understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service.
- Knowledge of working procedures in terms of the working environment.
- Understanding of administrative office practices.
- Knowledge of clerical duties and practices.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Planning skills.
- Communication skills (verbal and written).
- Organizational skills.
- Interpretation skills.
- Time management skills.
- The ideal candidate should be able to work in a team, be diplomatic, innovative, creative, resilient and reliable.
Duties
- Render data capturing services to the Development Directorate.
- Update registers and statistics.
- Keep and maintain records and files.
- Provide information to components.
