Requirements
- A Senior Certificate / National Certificate (Vocational) NQF Level 4.
- Knowledge, Skills and Competencies Required: Knowledge of eNaTIS.
- Knowledge of Road Traffic Act 93 of 1996.
- Knowledge of Public Finance Management Act.
- Knowledge of Provincial Treasury Practice Notes.
- Knowledge of Public Service Act.
- Knowledge of Public Service Code of Conduct.
- Knowledge of Departmental vision, objectives, commitment charters.
- Knowledge of good governance principles, service delivery, Batho Pele principles.
- Knowledge of policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of administrative office practices.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Computer literacy.
- Ability to comprehend.
- Good human relations skills.
- Skills in eNaTIS procedures.
- Ability to accurately handle cash and other methods of payment.
- Basic accounting skills.
- The ideal candidate should be committed to organizational goals, comply with performance agreement, believe in service delivery, be an innovative thicker, teamwork-orientated and able to work independently.
- He/she should show interest in development, be accurate, confident, punctual, courteous, have tact, be responsible, self-motivated, reliable, honest, loyal, trustworthy, diplomatic, have integrity, adhere to rules and regulations and have the ability to comprehend.
Duties
- Provide an effective and efficient customer service to the public.
- Ensure correct monies in keeping with PFMA Regulations.
- Provide accurate information at all times to the public.
- Timeous delivery to the public.
