- A Senior Certificate/ National Certificate (Vocational) NQF level 4.

- Knowledge of legislative framework governing the Public Service.
- Knowledge of working procedures.
- Knowledge on capturing data., collecting statistics and operating a computer.

- Log NaTIS and eye test system calls for the province.
- Maintain NaTIS templates for users in the province.
- Update user records and maintain a filing system.
- Provide general administration support services within the component.
