Key Responsibilities

- Certification and Graduation Process Administration: The administrator will handle the certification needs of students, verifying qualifications, and maintaining accurate records. This includes facilitating the replacement of lost certificates.
- Communication and Stakeholder Interface: Serving as a bridge between the university and key stakeholders, this role requires effective communication to manage inquiries and provide updates on certification and graduation processes.
- Reporting: Generating reports on certification and graduation metrics, and other related data will be essential.
- Graduation Support: The administrator will play an active role in the planning and support of graduation ceremonies, an important milestone for every UNIZULU student.
- Office Administration: General administrative duties are part of the day-to-day responsibilities, ensuring that all documentation and processes related to certification and graduation run smoothly.
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications:
- Educational Qualifications: A National Diploma in Office Administration or an equivalent qualification is essential.
- Professional Experience: At least three years of experience in an administrative role, ideally within a Higher Education setting.
Additional preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or a closely related field, which would provide an added advantage.
