- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in an Information Technology environment.
- Proficiency in Novell and Microsoft environments, LAN (Local Area Network), ICT devices and peripheral installation, maintenance, and support.

- Collaborating with IT service providers and coordinating equipment servicing when required.
