Requirements

  • National Senior Certificate or NQF Level 4.
  • No experience Required.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) DORA, PEPs, Public Service Regulations, BBBEE Act, EPWP Policy.
  • Stakeholder Engagement;
  • Financial Management, Policy Implementation.
  • People Management, Process implementation, customer and quality management, Problem solving skills, Strategic capability and leadership, Self-leadership, Communication skills, Computer skills, Planning and Organization Skills, Programme and project management, Negotiation and Presentation Skills.

Duties

  • Assist in evaluating the number of Public Bodies reporting on EPWP within the region: Assist in the implementation of IG project lists and other grants projects from the public bodies.
  • Assist in expenditure of Integrated Grants.
  • Prepare project file for completeness.
  • Monitor the number of monthly file completeness report.
  • Prepare reports for sector and district meetings.
  • Monitor sector and district Resolutions.
  • Consolidate and submit reports.
  • Identify gaps and liaise with EPWP Coordinators.
  • Resolve problems of motivation and control with minimum guidance from manager.
