Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with Mathematics and/or Accountancy as passed subject and/or Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with experience/competencies that focuses on the Key Performance Areas (KRA’s) of the post.
- Experience: Appropriate experience.
- Inherent requirement of the job: Valid driver’s licence.
- Willingness to travel.
- Competencies (knowledge/skills): Computer literate in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Management processes, PFMA and AOS.
- Knowledge of LOGIS and EPS.
- Ability to effectively communicate (verbal & written).
Duties
- Demand and acquisition management of goods and services.
- Assist with the preparation of inputs for the annual financial statements (AFS) and ensuring audit compliance.
- Advertising requests on the EPS and conducting SCM evaluations according to SCM prescripts.
- Prepare batches, draft minutes for QC and vetting committee.
- Placing of orders with suppliers and maintaining accurate filing systems.
- Address supplier and user queries.
- Monthly reporting.
- Perform assisting and relief duties within SCM component.
