Requirements
- A Senior Certificate/ National Certificate (Vocational) NQF level 4.
- Knowledge, Skills and Competencies Required: Knowledge of National Road Traffic Act and its relevant regulation.
- Knowledge of the Public Financial Management Act.
- Knowledge of Treasury Regulations.
- Extensive knowledge of eNaTIS and its applications in terms of the Road Traffic Acts.
- Knowledge of the Public service reporting procedures.
- Knowledge of Batho Pele principles.
- Ability to interpret and apply policy.
- Problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Report writing skills.
- Good interpersonal relations skills.
- Ability to deal with a variation of functions at any given time without losing control.
- Ability to motivate and inspire colleagues, the public and agents.
- Analytical thinker and spontaneity skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to competently utilize the eNaTIS system.
- Computer Literacy.
- The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, must be loyal and reliable, be conscientious, friendly, trustworthy, innovative and pragmatic disposition, He/she should also be able to work under pressure, have the ability to motivate, must be accurate and responsible, committed to promoting service delivery and be team orientated.
Duties
- Process high-risk transactions on eNaTIS and Task Management System.
- Communicate with all role players in order to finalize applications.
- Process duplicated/cloned motor vehicles and ownership disputes.
- Undertake sound record keeping for the Records Verification Section.
