Requirements

  • Minimum educational qualification: Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
  • Experience: Appropriate experience in Talent Sourcing.
  • Appropriate experience in Personnel Administration.
  • Appropriate PERSAL experience.
  • Inherent requirements of the job: Valid Code B/EB driver’s license.
  • Will be required to wear a uniform.
  • Will be required to travel within the province to provide support for talent sourcing processes.
  • Must be willing to work overtime, when required.
  • Competencies (knowledge/skills): Knowledge of all prescripts/aspects of Public Service Act, i.e.
  • Public Service Regulations (PSR) Labour Relations Act, Basic Conditions of employment act, Employment Equity Act.
  • Planning and organising skills.
  • Problem Solving Skills.
  • Analytical Thinking skills.
  • Ability to supervise and plan.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function independently as well as in a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and discreetly in person and writing.
  • Computer Literacy in at least MS Word, Ms Excel, MS Outlook and MS PowerPoint.

Duties

  • Assist with the management of personnel provisioning which includes establishment amendments, control and reporting.
  • Effective and Efficient management of talent sourcing processes.
  • Which includes advertising, selection, interview, finalisation of processes and transfers.
  • Render an effective personnel administration function.
  • Provide an effective support function to manager and personnel.
