Requirements
- National Senior Certificate plus an appropriate Bachelor’s degree (NQF Level 6) as recognised by SAQA in Public Administration / Public Management/ Management/ Human Resource Management, Supply Chain Management/ Financial Management.
- A minimum of three (3) years’ experience at supervisory level SL 7/8.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of corporate services management in public service.

Duties
- Provide human resource administration services.
- Submit input for the annual recruitment plan on museum posts.
- Facilitate the implementation of ARP through recruitment and selection and process.
- Coordinate the process of conditions of service.
- Monitor records management system.
- Facilitate human resource development and training.
- Render integrated performance management development system.
- Coordinate integrated employee wellness services.
- Monitor attendance register and leave records.
- Maintain staff discipline.
- Provide financial management services.
- Give input in the development of procurement plans.
- Monitor budget expenditure.
- Monitor and ensure payment of suppliers.
- Monitor banking and revenue services.
- Provide supply chain management services.
- Render demand and acquisition management services.
- Facilitate logistics and asset disposal management services.
- Monitor facilities management services.
- Monitor supply chain compliance.
- Provide maintenance of museum buildings and grounds.
- Ensure maintenance of museum buildings.
- Ensure maintenance of museum grounds.
- Ensure general cleaning services of museum.
- Provide secretariat services to the museum board.
- Compile and manage board files.
- Compile board documents in preparation for meetings.
- Prepare invitations for board meetings.

- Compile and submit quarterly reports on board matters.
- Liaise with museum subscribers, donors and supporters.

- Supervise PMDS and staff development training needs.
