Requirements
- An undergraduate qualification in Public Management or Commerce (NQF Level 6 or higher); plus A minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in a BBBEE/ transformation environment; plus A valid drivers’ licence (minimum code B).
- Knowledge, Skills and Competencies Required: Knowledge of Admin procedures and control.
- Understanding of Public Service and Departmental legislation, procedures and standards.
- Knowledge of transformation policies.
- Understanding of organisational objectives and values.
- Knowledge of departmental budget and expenditure processes.

Duties
- Develop and manage the Empowerment programmes including Departmental areas of participation, skills development programmes, and other integrated empowerment information.
- Conduct analysis of statistical information with a view to identifying new development programs in line with value chain principles.
- Ensure compliances in terms of BEE Transformation interventions across the Department.
- Report monthly on the status of the BBBEE performance.
- Provide advice, guidance and input to transformation policy development.
- Manage and supervise staff within the component.
