Database Administrator Certificate as an added advantage. 2-3 years’ experience in ICT database environment. Knowledge of change management, project management, and information management. Knowledge of relevant legislation, Public Service Regulations, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Knowledge of the Minimum Information Security Standards. Strong skills in planning and organising, customer management and quality management. Ability to promote innovation and continuous improvement.
