Requirements

  • National Senior Certificate plus an appropriate Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 6) or preferably a Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) as recognised by SAQA, Public Administration / Public Management/ Management/ Human Resource Management, Supply Chain Management/ Financial Management.
  • A minimum of three (3) years’ experience at an assistant director level.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of corporate services management in public service.

  • Change management skills.
  • Knowledge management skills.
  • Service delivery innovation skills.

Manage the provision of human resource services. Compile and submit input for the annual recruitment plan. Provide and support recruitment process.
Provide conditions of service. Ensure provision of registry services. Coordinate human resource development and training services. Ensure provision of
integrated employee wellness services. Coordinate labour relations issues.
Manage administration support. Give input in the development of policies and operational plans. Attend and respond to audit matters. Compile and submit
monthly and quarterly reports. Manage human and financial resources. Ensure authenticity of the evidence provided. Maintain staff discipline.
