- Certificate in Digital and Analogical Copier.
- Knowledge: Operating specific equipment including digital printers, plastic wrapping device, industrial guillotine and industrial shredder.

Duties
- Responsible for the digipath.
- Generate all printing jobs including sensitive and non-sensitive jobs.
- Composition and layout of print jobs.
- Sound digipath management including archiving and retrieving of print jobs.
- Back up of digipath.
- Responsible for print job format.
- Give advice to clients on printing format, layout and finishing requirements.
- Responsible for printing.
- Receiving and checking exam papers digitally.
- Ensuring that question papers and addendums run in sequence.
- Destroy all damaged and spoilt question papers.
- Responsible for exception reports.
- Report back on the error reports made from the plastic wrapping machine and give feedback to supervisor.
- Provide feedback to supervisor on status of completed work, work in progress, queue and developed status.
- Printing of documents.
- Finishing of printed documents.
- Check that the quality of the printing work is according to specifications.
- Check that the plastic wrapping of question papers and other sensitive material is according to specifications.
- Storage of printing material on printing server.
- Dispatch printed documentation including hand-over of non-sensitive documents.
- Security at access points in the printing room.
- Assist with the entrance and exits by the public.
- Open shutter door for delivery of stationery and equipment.
