Requirements

  • Matric, National Diploma (NQF level 6 as recognised by SAQA) in Public Administration, Internal Auditing, Accounting / Financial Management with 1-2 years in Supply Chain Management or finance (Compliance, Internal Audit, Loss Control and Risk).
  • Knowledge and Skills: Public Administration, Public Service Legislation, Internal control and risk management framework, Supply Chain Management Framework, Communication, Reporting Skills, Computer Literacy, High ethical standards, confidentiality and integrity.

Duties

  • Loss Identification and Recording, receive cases of losses and theft from Departmental Official, Capture and record loss incidents on relevant registers and systems, Maintain accurate and up-to-date loss control and recovery records.
  • Support in Loss Investigation, Assist with preliminary loss investigations and fact finding, Collect supporting documentation and evidence related to loss cases, Prepare working papers and basic investigation summaries for review, Submission of documents to management and committees, Ensure proper filing and document control in line with public sector

SALARY : R338 106 per annum (Level 07)
