    South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) is inviting eligible candidates to apply for the position of Grants Administrator across various local offices.


    Details for the Position:

    • Title: Grants Administrator
    • Salary: R202,233.00 – R235,611.00 per annum, exclusive of benefits
    • Minimum Requirements: Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4) and essential computer literacy.
    • Added Advantage: Valid driver’s license and/or administrative/clerical experience.

    Job Duties: The chosen candidates will:

    1. Assist in the administration of Social Grants at the Local Office Level
    2. Screen all grant applications effectively
    3. Capture applications on the system
    4. Provide excellent customer care
    5. Process other grant documentation and perform additional grants administration functions
    6. Conduct quality control on grant applications
    7. Ensure adherence to Section 57 of the Public Finance Management Act (PMFA, Chapter 6, Part 3).
