    1. Director: Business Application Learning and Development

    Reference: 24/68/IDS
    Salary: R1,216,824 – R1,433,355 per annum (All-inclusive remuneration package)
    Location: National Office, Pretoria
    Requirements:

    • NQF level 7 qualification in Information Technology.
    • 5 years of experience in application analysis and design.
    • Nyukela Certificate (Certificate for entry into Senior Management Service).
    • Knowledge of Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), Treasury Regulations, and the Justice System.

    Key Duties:

    • Develop and implement business application strategies.
    • Conduct research on best practices for learning and development.
    • Manage curriculum development and training programs.

    2. Master (Head of Office)

    Salary: R1,216,824 – R1,433,355 per annum
    Location: Master of The High Court: Pretoria
    Requirements:

    • LLB Degree (NQF level 7).
    • 5 years’ experience at middle/senior managerial level.
    • Admitted Advocate/Attorney with right of appearance at High Court.
    • Nyukela Certificate.

    Key Duties:

    • Oversee the Guardian’s Fund and administration of deceased estates.
    • Manage insolvency administration.
    • Supervise master’s administration support services.

    Requirements:

    • LLB Degree or equivalent legal qualification.
    • At least 5 years of litigation experience.
    • Admitted as an Advocate.
    • Valid driver’s license.

    Key Duties:

    • Conduct family law investigations and inquiries.
    • Provide reports on child welfare matters.
    • Attend Hague Convention cases.

    • 3 years’ experience in a Parliamentary and Cabinet environment.
    • Knowledge of government policies and parliamentary proceedings.
