For young, motivated people looking to pursue a career in the film and television industries, the KZN Tourism & Film Learnership is the ideal opportunity.


    For qualified applicants, KwaZulu-Natal Tourism & Film is providing a fully funded National Certificate: NQF Level 5 in Film & Television Production. With a monthly stipend of R2,500, this learnership aims to give participants the fundamental skills required for the entertainment sector.

    What is the KZN Tourism & Film Learnership?

    The KZN Tourism & Film Learnership is a government-supported program aimed at developing skills in film production, television broadcasting, and digital media. It is structured to provide both classroom-based learning and hands-on industry experience.

    This learnership is an opportunity for individuals who have an interest in directing, producing, editing, scriptwriting, and cinematography to gain valuable skills and experience. Participants will be involved in real-life productions, working with experienced mentors and learning the ins and outs of South Africa’s thriving media industry.
