    1. Secretary General of the Office of the Chief Justice

    • Requirements:
      • Undergraduate and postgraduate qualification (NQF level 8).
      • 10 years of experience at the Senior Management level.
      • Leadership in policy development and implementation.
      • Completion of the Senior Management Service Pre-entry Programme.
    • Duties:
      • Serve as the Accounting Officer of the OCJ.
      • Provide strategic direction and governance.
      • Support the Chief Justice in administrative duties.

    2. Director: Case Management (Lower Courts)

    • Location: National Office, Midrand
    • Reference Number: 2025/18/OCJ
    • Salary: R1 216 824 – R1 433 355 per annum (Level 13)
    • Requirements:
      • Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Management, Public Administration, or equivalent (NQF 7).
      • Minimum of five years at middle/senior management level.
      • Experience in court administration or law-related fields.
    • Duties:
      • Manage administrative support for High and Specialized Courts.
      • Oversee court operations, case records, and quality assurance.
      • Monitor court efficiency and resource utilization.

    3. Deputy Director: Financial Management (Accounting)

    • Location: National Office, Midrand
    • Reference Number: 2025/21/OCJ
    • Salary: R849 702 – R1 000 908 per annum (Level 11)
    • Requirements:
      • National Diploma/Degree in Financial Management or Accounting (NQF 6).
      • Minimum of five years at the managerial level.
      • Experience in compiling Interim Financial Statements (IFS) and Annual Financial Statements (AFS).
    • Duties:
      • Compile IFS and AFS reports.
      • Oversee revenue and expenditure management.
      • Ensure compliance with financial regulations.

    4. Deputy Director: Information Security

    • Location: National Office, Midrand

    • Salary: R849 702 – R1 000 908 per annum (Level 11)
    • Requirements:
      • National Diploma in IT or Computer Engineering (NQF 6).
      • Seven years in ICT Infrastructure, with four years in Security Operations.
      • Firewall or Cybersecurity Technical certification required.

      • Manage ICT security operations.

    5. Deputy Director: Monitoring & Evaluation

    • Location: National Office, Midrand

      • National Diploma/Degree in Public Management or relevant field (NQF 6).
      • Minimum of three years in planning, monitoring, and evaluation.

    6. Assistant Director: Risk Management
