    The Young Professional-in-Training Programme is designed to provide trainees with a solid foundation and a comprehensive understanding of their respective fields within Transnet Port Terminals. This programme seeks to prepare young professionals for future leadership roles by offering them real-world experience, structured training, performance assessments, and mentorship. Participants will work under the guidance of experienced mentors and receive regular feedback to aid their development.

    Key Program Outputs

    1. Structured Training Programme: Participants will follow a carefully structured training programme tailored to their areas of expertise and Transnet’s operational needs. This hands-on approach ensures trainees gain practical experience alongside theoretical knowledge.
